The Arrow Traffic Copy rotation instructions
Instructions needed by 1pm on the day prior to transmission and by 1pm on Fridays for weekends and Mondays. Each station will require copy instructions and audio sent to them directly. All paperwork can be sent as attachments to commercials via IMD or Adstream.

Specific rotation schedule, copy of the script, an RACC number and a consignment note detailing all music in each commercial should accompany all commercials. An RACC number and accompanying documentation detailing scheduling advice must be supplied before broadcast of the commercial, commercials that are not supplied with this information will not be broadcast and chargeable at full cancellation rates.

Audio copy
Commercials required by 5.00pm on the day prior to transmission and by 4.00pm on Fridays for weekends and Mondays. All copy must be within 0.2” under or over the actual length due to programming restraints. Any copy delivered outside of these deadlines will be subject to a late copy surcharge of £180.00 per station.

Copy rotation / Audio format instructions
Copy rotation and commercials can be sent via IMD, Adstream, ISDN, DAT, CD or via email in .WAV format, we do not accept MP3 or .WMA audio files for transmission

Bank Holidays
Copy rotation instructions required by 5.00pm on the Thursday before a bank holiday weekend and audio copy required by 1pm on the Friday.
