Responsible for all of Global new media activities, Digital Platforms is the Global team dedicated to helping you connect with customers in innovative new ways.
We use a range of new technologies to reach our radio audiences, allowing people to enjoy stations in ways and times that suit them and encouraging high levels of multi-platform audience interaction. The Digital Platforms team is committed to giving you access to those audiences and the opportunity to partner with our powerful station brands in tailor-made campaigns that will bring something special to our listeners.
Whether you’d like your brand to span as many platforms as our stations, or you just want to use a new platform to support an on-air campaign - we’ll tailor your activity to suit your needs. With an internal team of experienced radio professionals, we'll look after every part of your campaign, from graphic design and copywriting to technical hosting and measurement.
Online we’ll help you take your brands to our audiences via bespoke microsite promotions, click-through banners & pop-ups, section sponsorship, rich media ads, downloads and video virals.
On mobile, you can take advantage of our popular WAP sites with imaginative banner advertising, bespoke microsites and sponsorship of individual WAP sections or get direct access to our huge text database via SMS competitions and promotions.
For distribution on PC, Mac or MP3 player we offer a raft of advertising and sponsorship opportunities built around our podcast radio shows as well as offering you the opportunity to create your own bespoke podcasts for your websites.
Digital Platforms also runs all of Global Radio's DAB and Satellite services covering parts of the UK where our brands weren't previously available on FM as well as managing affiliate arrangements for all our digital activities.
